チュヌの俳句・HAIKU of Chunu（冬・正月 Winter・New Year）

主人（アイク代表）は僕のことなどを俳句に詠んでくれました。気に入った正月や冬の俳句10句披露します。

（英訳は外国の友人のために試訳したものです。）

 

・年用意犬のシャンプー先づ済ませ

      Shampooing of my dog

           comes first in my preparation

                 for New Year.

・純白のサモエド犬に初朝日

    The new year’s sun rises,

    　 shining on the pure white

            of a Samoyed dog.

・我もまた犬馬鹿となり去年今年

　　Another dog-fool, 

            have I become.

                New year's days

・初遊び孫の飛行機犬追ひて

    The first play on New year’s day,

        a dog following the toy-plane

            of our granddaughter.

・家族とて犬も一椀七日粥        

       A bowl of rice porridge

          for New year’s seventh day,

               also served as my family dog. 

・牡蠣鍋や犬はふて寝の背を向けて

       A table pot-cooked oyster meal,

          my dog, being neglected,

               lies in the sulks.

・愛犬の舐めゐる器初氷

       The season’s first ice

           in a bowl, at which

               our beloved dog is licking.

・愛犬の糞も寒肥庭手入れ

     As fertilizer for gardening,

          used are excrements of our beloved dog

               in the midwinter.

・風花や犬はソナタにすやすやと

     Snow-flakes falling in the sunshine,

          our dog is in a sound slumber,

               listening to a sonata.

・雪しまき故郷恋ふかにサモエド犬

     A Samoyed dog looks at

          blowing snow,

               longing for its native home.
