・降り立てば貴船の瀬音風涼し
(oritateba kibune-no-seoto kaze-suzushi)
upon alighting at Kibune,
the sound of a brook
in the cool breeze
・貴船川草履の並ぶ川床座敷
(kibunegawa-zōri-no-narabu yuka-zashiki)
the Kibune brook_
sandals side by side
in the platform parlor
・貴船てふ地酒も美味し川床料理
(kibune-cho jizake-mo-umashi yuka-ryōri)
the platform dishes_
local sake called “Kibune”
also dainty
・冷やし酒鴉は岩で清水飲み
(hiyashi-zake karasu-wa-iwa-de shimizu-nomi)
cold sake_
the crow on a rock
drinks the brook water
・河鹿なく高き瀬音や箸を置く
(kajika-naku takaki-seoto-ya hashi-o-oku)
hearing a frog sing
in the high stream sound_
