神無月政治スポーツ激動す

(kannazuki seiji-supōtsu gekidō-su)

politics as well as sports

(Note)

The term “Kannazuki” means “the tenth month of the lunar calendar” (October).

　　

The first picture shows a calendar of October, which is published by Association of Japanese Classical Haiku.
