俳句365 haiku (319) 《時雨 Kyoshi》

  　

天地の間にほろと時雨かな

(ametsuchi-no-aida-ni horo-to shigure-kana)

                     （高浜虚子）

　　

a slight drop

between heaven and earth_

wintry rain

This haiku is a monody, which is a tribute to one of Kyoshi's disciple haiku poets, Hanamino Suzuki（鈴木花蓑）.
